Foulds have been maintaining the lifts for Pennine Acute Hospitals NHS Trust for a number of years now on an ad hoc basis. In the last 12 months they have been carrying out the routine servicing of the lifts under a maintenance contract. They are responsible for the planned maintenance of 90 lifts over 5 hospital sites.
The site managers are all reporting that the number of breakdowns on the lifts has substantially reduced and the lifts have never been as well maintained since Foulds were awarded the maintenance contract. The contract will be renewed for the next 12 months.
The Foulds engineers who attend our lifts whether it be for a breakdown or planned maintenance are always polite and courteous but above all competent.
I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone who requires their lifts maintained in a competent and professional manner.

Foulds have been our service provider over a number of years now and I have always found them to be reliable. The service they provide to the Trust has been excellent from contact with the office to the lads on site.
They have recently carried out to a very high standard refurbishment works to 5 of our lifts without any inconvenience to the smooth running of the other lifts within the Trust. As a result they are now carrying out further refurbishment work on 2 further lifts.
I would have no qualms in recommending Foulds to anyone for service/repair/installation or refurbishment work. Thanks to all the staff at Foulds who help make my role as electrical estates officer a little easier as I know I have a dedicated team backing me up..

Foulds Lifts have been servicing our lift since we purchased the building in October 2001. They provide us with a high level of service and respond quickly and positively to our requirements..
Our building is also home to two tenants, so Foulds Lifts is an important partner in ensuring the smooth running of Red Rose Court.
The service we receive as part of our maintenance contract is highly professional, communication is excellent and the staff are friendly and reliable. We look forward to long and continuous working relationship with them.
